- Our rich fruit cake is steeped in Brandy, covered with a generous layer of almond paste, giving a truly traditional taste.
- Our tropical fruit cake has a lighter taste, made with a blend of tropical fruits, steeped in Grand Marnier, covered with a generous layer of almond paste.
- Our Victoria sponge is a light vanilla sponge with a jam and butter cream filling. Other sponge flavours are welcomed.
- Our Belgian chocolate mud cake is a heavenly decadent taste, perfect to serve with the toast or as dessert, with a fruit coulis and cream, truly naughty!
